Commercial Terms & Training Policy
Important information on proposed fees, delivery, prerequisites and agreed responsibilities.
Review before publication: these terms summarise the catalogue’s commercial notes and should be reviewed by the company before they are used as a final legal agreement.
Fees and quotations
- All fees are proposed indicative prices in Nigerian naira prepared for catalogue planning as of October 2026. They are not binding until a written quotation is issued.
- Public fees are per participant. Group rates may be available for 5 or more participants, repeat bookings, annual contracts or multi-course bookings.
- International clients may be quoted in NGN, USD or another mutually agreed currency. Travel, accommodation, visa, logistics, local taxes and cross-border costs are quoted separately.
- Online delivery is suitable for awareness and theory-based content. Practical competence must not be claimed from online attendance alone where hands-on demonstration or assessment is required.
- Only advertise accreditation, certification, licences, trainer credentials or regulatory approvals that can be verified. NEBOSH/IOSH/other awarding-body courses must be delivered through the relevant authorised arrangements.
- Proposed durations are instructional estimates, not a guarantee of external certification eligibility. Entry requirements, assessments and practical prerequisites may vary.
- Clients must provide accurate site information, access permissions, relevant procedures and safe facilities. Site-specific risk assessments and Fire Risk Assessments require suitable inspection and evidence gathering.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, payment milestones, certificate issuance and deliverables should be stated in the quotation or service agreement.
Enquiries, bookings and scope
Sending an enquiry through this website does not itself confirm a booking, course date or payment. Scope, delivery arrangements, dates, cancellation or rescheduling, payment milestones, certificate issuance and deliverables should be stated in the written quotation or service agreement.
Certificates and accreditation
Depending on the course and agreed scope, participants may receive a course-completion certificate issued by KAKEL KONSULT LIMITED. External accreditation, regulated competency or third-party certification is included only when explicitly agreed and delivered through an authorised provider.
Site-specific work
Clients should provide accurate site information, access permissions, relevant procedures and safe facilities. Site-specific risk assessments and Fire Risk Assessments require suitable inspection and evidence gathering.
